Over a three-year period Zinc has worked with FileNET to enhance the company's Web-based operations. Through a series of ongoing engagements, Zinc has redesigned, developed, and implemented broad-based Internet solutions that reflect the full global nature of FileNET's business. Furthermore, Zinc has provided FileNET with important sales and marketing tools to drive its e-business efforts and support traditional sales methods.

Actions
Leveraging a true collaborative partnership, we collectively defined, designed and implemented several solutions to meet FileNET's e-business objectives worldwide. Zinc first focused on updating the look and feel, content and architecture of FileNET.com. Through a coordinated effort, Zinc successfully launched several new sites that clearly reflected the global scale of FileNET's operations. Dating back to 1998, ZINC built upon the first FileNET Web site. The new site offered customers a clear value proposition, extensive product and services information within a user friendly experience, greatly enhancing overall customer service. Zinc also helped to develop the FileNET corporate intranet, as well as sales, marketing and customer service extranets that leverage a consistent look and feel to further deliver the FileNET brand and provide analysis and knowledge management capabilities. Through the launch of these resources, FileNET's sales and marketing staff is able to utilize a single source for all of their shared information needs, increase sales efficiency, and improve internal communication, information sharing and workflow.

Results
FileNET has effectively enhanced its business and Internet communications, leveraging strategic branding and information technology to coordinate a strong, global Internet presence.
